Quick Guide: Adding a Visitor on Mobile

Follow these simple steps to add a new visitor using your mobile device:

  1. Open Visitor Management:
    Tap the Add button, then select Visitor.

  2. Select Visitor Category:
    By default, your visitor will be categorized as a Temporary Visitor. You can also select:

    • Permanent: For visitors who will have ongoing access.

    • Restrictive: For visitors with limited or special access.

  3. Registration Type (Optional):
    Change the registration type to Event if you're organizing an event like a birthday party, and enter multiple attendees under one named event for easier management at your guardhouse.

  4. Choose Visitor Type:
    Select the appropriate type for your visitor:

    • Guest: For regular visitors.

    • Vendor: For vendors visiting your premises.

    Each visitor type has corresponding pass options available.

  5. Select Pass Type:
    Choose your desired pass type from the available options. Defaults are pre-selected for your convenience.

  6. Set Date Parameters:
    Tap Continue to set or confirm the date parameters for your visitor.

  7. Enter Visitor Details:
    Fill in the visitor's information, including:

    • Phone Number (optional)

    • Email Address (optional)

    • License Plate (optional, if approved)

    • Notes (optional, for your data tenant)

  8. Finalize Addition:
    Tap Add Visitor. Optionally, you can text an e-pass directly to the visitor by tapping Send.

  9. Verification:
    The visitor count will update accordingly. You can verify the addition under the Temporary category (or relevant category).
