Visitor pass types form the foundation of your visitor management operations, tailored specifically by your HOA management and community board based on your community's rules and bylaws.
How Visitor Pass Types Work:
Name and Purpose:
Each pass type is named and classified either for Guests or Vendors.
Key Pass Attributes:
Maximum Duration: Length of time the pass remains valid.
Daily Usage Limit: Number of times the pass can be used in one day.
E-Pass Capability: Whether the pass can be digitally sent to visitors.
Reissue Duration: Period during which the pass remains active after expiration.
Common Visitor Pass Examples:
One-Day Guest Pass: Ideal for short visits.
Permanent Guest Pass: For frequent or long-term visitors.
One-Day Vendor Pass: Designed for single-day access for vendors.
Selecting a Pass Type:
When adding a visitor through the Proptia mobile app or desktop portal:
Choose the appropriate category (Guest or Vendor).
