he Quick Add form in the Proptia mobile app makes adding a visitor fast and easy. When enabled by your community, the visitor form will appear as soon as you open the app, allowing you to enter key details in just a few taps.

🚀 Quick Steps to Add a Visitor

1. Open the Proptia App

   If your community has enabled Quick Add, the visitor form will appear immediately when the app launches.

2. Select Visitor Type

   Tap to choose whether you’re adding a Temporary or Permanent visitor.

3. Enter Visitor Details

   • First & Last Name – Required for all visitors.

   • Company Name (Optional) – Enter a company name (e.g., “Greengrass Landscaping”) to automatically mark the visitor as a vendor.

4. License Plate (Optional)

   If your community uses license plate access, entering the visitor’s license plate will allow them to enter through the vehicle gates automatically.

5. Set Visit Duration

   • Tap the End Date field to adjust how long the visitor is allowed access.

   • You can also select specific days of the week if needed.

6. Send an E-Pass

   • Toggle Send E-Pass ON if you’d like to send your visitor a digital pass via text.

   • If left OFF, your visitor will still be added to the system and visible at the gatehouse, but no pass will be sent.

That’s it! Your visitor is now added and ready for access.
