Step 1: Access Amenities Management
Log in to your Proptia property manager account
From the main dashboard, go to Operations
Select Amenities
This is your command center for amenity scheduling.
Step 2: Create a New Amenity
Select Add to create a new amenity
Enter amenity details such as name and location
Configure scheduling rules including:
Open hours
Booking duration
Max bookings per resident
Approval requirements
Save to publish the amenity for residents
These options let you tailor each amenity to your specific policies.
Step 3: Review Incoming Requests
If an amenity requires approval:
Open the Requests list
Review reservation details
Approve or deny with a single click
Every request is labeled and tracked for complete visibility.
You can also mark no-shows, track insurance when needed, and monitor usage trends.
Step 4: Resident Experience
Residents can:
Log in on web or mobile
Check real-time availability
Book reservations right away
No more phone calls or back-and-forth messages. It is faster for residents and easier for managers.
