How to add/edit your vehicles.




As a resident in Proptia, you have the ability to manage the vehicles associated with your property. Follow the steps below to add, edit, assign, or delete vehicles.

Steps to Add a Vehicle:

  1. Log in to Proptia:
    • Access your account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Vehicles Section:
    • On the left-hand side of the dashboard, click Vehicles.
  3. View Existing Vehicles:
    • In the Vehicle Directory, you will see a list of all the vehicles currently assigned to your property.
  4. Add a New Vehicle:
    • To add a new vehicle, click the Add button.
    • Fill out the required vehicle information in the form (e.g., license plate, make, model).
    • Click Save to add the vehicle to your property.

Steps to Edit or Manage Existing Vehicles:

  1. Edit an Existing Vehicle:
    • In the Vehicle Directory, find the vehicle you want to edit.
    • Click the Action button on the right-hand side of the vehicle listing.
    • Select Edit to modify the vehicle’s information (e.g., change the license plate, make, or model).
    • After making changes, click Update to save the edits.
  2. Assign a Vehicle:
    • If you need to assign the vehicle to a specific resident, click Assign from the Action menu.
    • Choose the resident to whom you want to assign the vehicle and confirm the assignment.
  3. Delete a Vehicle:
    • If you wish to remove a vehicle from your property, click Delete in the Action menu.
    • Confirm the deletion to remove the vehicle permanently.
