How to make changes to existing guests.




Managing and making changes to your existing guests in Proptia is a simple process. Follow the steps below to update guest details, change their visitor status, or restrict their access.

Steps to Modify an Existing Guest:

  1. Log in to Proptia:
    • Access your account using your credentials.
  2. Locate the Guest:
    • Navigate to the Guest Directory or search for the guest you want to modify.
  3. Open the Action Menu:
    • Find the guest you want to edit and click on the Action bar next to their name.
    • You will see several options:
      • View Visitor
      • Visitor Activity
      • Delete Visitor
      • Restrict Visitor
      • Assign Visitor
  4. View and Edit Visitor Details:
    • Click View Visitor to open the guest’s profile.
    • On this page, you can make a variety of changes:
      • Change the visitor status (e.g., from Temporary Visitor to Permanent Visitor).
      • Select the appropriate Guest Type and Pass for their updated status.
      • Update any additional details, such as name, email, or license plate.
  5. Restrict a Guest (Optional):
    • If you want to restrict the guest, select Restricted Person from the available options on the visitor’s profile.
    • Once selected, click Update to apply the restriction.
  6. Save Changes:
    • After making any necessary updates, click Update to save your changes.
