How to update your notification settings.
As a resident in Proptia, you have the ability to customize your notification preferences for visitor activities such as pass scans, pass prints, and more. Follow the steps below to set up and manage your notification settings.
Steps to Update Your Notification Settings:
- Log in to Proptia:
- Access your Proptia account using your credentials.
- Go to My Account:
- From the dashboard, click on My Account.
- Select the Notification Tab:
- In My Account, navigate to the Notification tab to access your notification settings.
- Set Your Contact Information:
- Enter your preferred email address and phone number where notifications will be sent.
- Select your mobile provider to ensure text message notifications are properly delivered.
- Choose Notification Preferences:
- You have the option to receive notifications for specific events related to visitor activity, such as:
- Pass Scanned
- Pass Printed
- Visitor Processed
- Visitor Denied
- For each event, you can choose to receive an email, a text message, or both.
- Customize Notifications for All Visitors:
- If you prefer, you can also choose to receive notifications for all visitor activity at the property.
- Adjust the settings based on your preference for each type of event.
- Save Your Changes:
- Once you have customized your notification settings, click Save to apply the changes.
