Proptia provides a built-in ticket system that allows residents to communicate with their property management and board. Follow the steps below to submit a ticket for any issues or requests.
Steps to Submit a Ticket:
- Log in to Proptia:
- Access your Proptia account using your credentials.
- Click on Submit Ticket:
- In the top right-hand corner of the dashboard, click Submit Ticket.
- Fill Out the Ticket Form:
- The form will display various categories and topics. These options are created by your property management and board, so they may vary depending on your community’s setup.
- Fill in all required fields (marked with a red asterisk), including:
- Category: Choose the appropriate category for your ticket.
- Topic: Select the topic that best describes your issue.
- Priority: Set the priority level of your ticket (e.g., low, medium, high).
- Title: Provide a brief title for your ticket.
- Who is Reporting It: Identify the person submitting the ticket (typically you, the resident).
- Description: Include a clear and concise description of the issue or request.
- Upload Files or Images (Optional):
- If applicable, you can upload any supporting files or images related to your ticket.
- Submit the Ticket:
- Once you have filled out all the necessary information, click Submit.
- The ticket will be sent to your property management team for review and response.
