How to add a Visitor.
Proptia allows property managers to add new visitors or manage existing ones efficiently. Follow the steps below to add a visitor to your community.
Steps to Add a Visitor:
- Log in to Proptia:
- Access your Proptia account using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Visitor Directory:
- Go to Directories and select Visitors.
- View Visitor Tabs:
- You will see various tabs for managing visitors, including:
- Individual
- Vendor
- Event
- Activity
- Expired
- Restricted
- Deleted
- You will see various tabs for managing visitors, including:
- Add a New Visitor:
- To add a new visitor, click Add.
- Fill Out the Visitor Form:
- Select the visitor type:
- Resident or Member Visitor
- Staff or Vendor Visitor
- Choose the appropriate Host.
- Specify whether the visitor is Temporary, Permanent, or Restricted.
- Complete all required fields (marked with a red asterisk).
- Set the Allowed Days for the visit, and select a Start Date and End Date.
- Select the visitor type:
- Save the Visitor:
- Once the form is complete, select either:
- Save and Send E-pass to send an electronic pass to the visitor.
- Save to store the visitorโs information without sending an e-pass.
