How to add a Visitor.



Proptia allows property managers to add new visitors or manage existing ones efficiently. Follow the steps below to add a visitor to your community.

Steps to Add a Visitor:

  1. Log in to Proptia:
    • Access your Proptia account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Visitor Directory:
    • Go to Directories and select Visitors.
  3. View Visitor Tabs:
    • You will see various tabs for managing visitors, including:
      • Individual
      • Vendor
      • Event
      • Activity
      • Expired
      • Restricted
      • Deleted
  4. Add a New Visitor:
    • To add a new visitor, click Add.
  5. Fill Out the Visitor Form:
    • Select the visitor type:
      • Resident or Member Visitor
      • Staff or Vendor Visitor
    • Choose the appropriate Host.
    • Specify whether the visitor is Temporary, Permanent, or Restricted.
    • Complete all required fields (marked with a red asterisk).
    • Set the Allowed Days for the visit, and select a Start Date and End Date.
  6. Save the Visitor:
    • Once the form is complete, select either:
      • Save and Send E-pass to send an electronic pass to the visitor.
      • Save to store the visitorโ€™s information without sending an e-pass.
