- Go to Directories and select Residents.
- Find the resident you want to assign a PIN code to and click on their name from the list.
Access the Credentials Tab:
- On the resident’s details screen, click on the Credentials tab.
- Click Add to assign a new credential.
Assign the PIN Code:
- In the form, select PIN Code as the credential type.
- Enter the PIN code you want to assign to the resident.
- Set the Activation Date and choose whether the PIN should Never Expire or set an Expiration Date.
Save the PIN Code:
- Once all the information is filled out, click Save.
