How to check hardware status.

Proptia allows property managers to easily check equipment status, such as telephone entry systems. Follow the steps below to view the hardware status and determine if the equipment is online or offline.

Steps to Check Hardware Status:

1. Log in to Proptia:
   • Access your Proptia account using your property manager credentials.
2. Navigate to Equipment Status:
   • Go to Operations and select Equipment Status.
3. View Hardware Status:
   • Select the appropriate hardware from the list.
   • The status will display whether the equipment is Online or Offline.
