Understanding the Visitor Management Directory.



Proptia provides property managers with a convenient way to view and manage all visitors within the community. Follow the guide below to navigate the Visitor Management Directory.

Steps to Access the Visitor Management Directory:

  1. Log in to Proptia:
    • Access your Proptia account using your property manager credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Visitors Directory:
    • Go to Directories and select Visitors.
  3. Explore the Visitor Management Directory:
    • In the Visitor Management Directory, you can view all visitors associated with residents, vendors, staff, and members.
    • On the left side of each entry, an icon will indicate whether the visitor is Permanent or Temporary.
  4. Tabs Available in the Directory:
    • Vendor: View a list of all vendor visitors.
    • Event: See visitors related to community events.
    • Activity: Displays all activity at the guard houses, scan kiosks, or telephone entry systems, including guest name, date of entry, and whether access was granted or denied.
    • Expired: Shows visitors whose access has expired.
    • Restricted: Lists visitors who have been restricted from entering the community.
  5. Add a New Visitor:
    • To add a new visitor, click the Add button.
    • Fill out the required form, specify the days and times for the visit, and click Save.
