How to Complete Registration on Proptia Mobile App
This guide walks you through the process of completing your registration for the Proptia Mobile App after being added as a resident or member of your community or club.
Step 1: Locate Your Registration Email
- You will receive a registration email from your property management team.
- The email will include a welcome message along with your login credentials.
- Your credentials will consist of:
- The email address on file with your property management team.
- A temporary password for your first login.
Step 2: Download the Proptia Mobile App
- The registration email includes a link to log in via a web browser or download the mobile app.
- It is highly recommended to complete registration through the mobile app for the best experience.
- Download the app and open it on your mobile device.
Step 3: Log in to the Mobile App
- Open the Proptia Mobile App.
- Allow necessary permissions such as Bluetooth access (if using Bluetooth credentials) and notifications (for visitor alerts and credential updates).
- Return to your registration email and copy your email address.
- Paste your email into the login field in the mobile app.
- Copy and paste the temporary password provided in the email.
- Tap Log In.
Step 4: Create a New Password
- After logging in, you will be prompted to create a new unique password.
- Follow the password requirements displayed on the screen.
- Confirm your new password and tap Save.
Step 5: Complete Registration
- After saving your new password, your registration is complete.
- Select your property/community from the list.
