How to View Associated Residents in the Proptia Mobile App

In the Proptia mobile app, you can easily view residents associated with your property, such as family members, caregivers, or other household members. Follow the steps below to view associated residents.

Steps to View Associated Residents:

1. Open the Proptia Mobile App:
   • Log in to the Proptia mobile app using your credentials.
2. Access the Resident Section:
   • On the main dashboard, you will see a Resident Widget. This widget displays information about the current residents associated with your property.
3. View Associated Residents:
   • Tap on the Resident Widget to see a list of all associated residents.
   • The app will show details such as the names and relationships of the associated residents, for example:
     • Spouse
     • Adult children
     • Caregivers
     • Other household members
4. Verify Information:
   • Check the list to ensure all household members that need to be associated with your property are present.
