The Proptia mobile app allows you to manage various aspects of your property, including viewing associated residents, managing visitors, and accessing property information. Follow this guide for a step-by-step walkthrough of the app’s key features.

Step 1: Logging In

  1. Open the Proptia Mobile App:
    • Use your login credentials to access the app.
  2. Dashboard Overview:
    • After logging in, you'll land on the Dashboard, where you can access different features related to your property.

Step 2: Viewing and Managing Associated Residents

  1. Access the Resident Section:
    • On the main dashboard, locate and tap on the Resident Widget.
  2. View Associated Residents:
    • Here, you’ll see a list of all the residents associated with your property, including:
      • Occupant Owner (primary owner)
      • Associated residents (e.g., spouse, children, caregivers)
  3. Check Relationships:
    • The relationships will be displayed next to each name, ensuring all household members are correctly accounted for.

Step 3: Adding and Managing Visitors

  1. Access Visitor Management:
    • From the dashboard, tap on the Visitor Management section to manage visitors for your property.
  2. Add a Visitor:
    • Tap Add Visitor and fill out the necessary details, including the visitor's name, duration of visit (temporary or permanent), and other relevant information.
    • Once completed, tap Save or Send E-pass to notify the visitor of their access details.
  3. View Visitor Activity:
    • You can also view the visitor logs, including past and upcoming visits, access granted or denied, and expiration of passes.

Step 4: Access Control and Gates

  1. View and Manage Access:
    • In the Access Control section, you can manage the gates and other access points associated with your property.
  2. Monitor Gate Activity:
    • Check access logs for when gates are opened or closed by residents or visitors.

Step 5: Notifications and Settings

  1. Set Up Notifications:
    • In the Settings section, you can configure your notification preferences.
    • Choose to receive notifications via email or text message for visitor arrivals, pass expirations, and other important events.
  2. Update Your Profile:
    • You can also update your personal information, including phone numbers and email addresses, through the Profile section of the app.

Step 6: Managing Pets (Optional)

  1. Access the Pets Section:
    • If applicable, add details about your pets in the Pets section.
    • This ensures security personnel can assist if a pet is lost or found in the community.

Step 7: Additional Features

  1. Access Community Information:
    • The app may offer access to community announcements, events, and amenities, depending on your property’s configuration.
  2. Submit Tickets (Optional):
    • If enabled, you can submit maintenance or support tickets to your property management through the Ticket section.
