How to Reactivate and Reissue ePasses to Previous Visitors.



If you need to reactivate or reissue a pass to a previous visitor in Proptia, the mobile app allows you to quickly generate and resend ePasses. Follow the steps below to reactivate a previous visitor.

Steps to Reactivate and Reissue an ePass:

  1. Open the Proptia Mobile App:
    • Log in using your credentials.
  2. Access the Visitor Widget:
    • From the dashboard, tap on the Visitor Widget to access your visitor categories.
  3. Navigate to Previous Visitors:
    • In the Visitors section, you will see categories such as:
      • Permanent Visitors
      • Temporary Visitors
      • Restricted Visitors
      • Previous Visitors
    • Select Previous Visitors and search for the visitor you want to reactivate.
  4. Select the Visitor Profile:
    • Locate and open the profile of the previous visitor you want to reissue a pass to (e.g., Lewis Crown).
  5. Assign a New Pass:
    • Tap Add New to assign a new pass.
    • Select the desired Pass Type (e.g., One-day Pass).
    • Set the Start Date (e.g., today’s date) and confirm.
  6. Generate and Send the ePass:
    • By default, the Generate ePass toggle will be enabled. This means you can send the ePass via text or email.
    • If you don’t want to send an ePass, toggle off the Generate ePass option and simply hit Save to add the visitor to your guest list without generating an ePass.
  7. Save and Send:
    • Once all details are set, tap Save to finalize the process.
    • If the ePass is enabled, you can now send it via text or email to the visitor.
