How to Customize the Mobile App Dashboard.

In Proptia’s mobile app, you can customize your dashboard by arranging or removing widgets based on your preferences. Follow the steps below to customize your dashboard.

Steps to Customize the Dashboard:

  1. Open the Proptia Mobile App:
    • Log in to the app using your credentials.
  2. Move Widgets on the Dashboard:
    • On the main dashboard, tap and hold any widget.
    • Drag the widget up or down to reposition it as desired.
  3. Unpin Widgets from the Dashboard:
    • To remove a widget from the dashboard, tap and hold the widget.
    • Select Unpin from Home to remove the widget from the dashboard.
  4. Access Additional Widgets:
    • Tap the Hub icon in the lower-right corner to view all available widgets.
    • You can pin additional widgets, such as the Tickets widget, by tapping and holding it, then selecting Pin to Home.
  5. Confirm Changes:
    • After pinning or unpinning widgets, return to the home dashboard by tapping the P icon to see your updated layout.
